Here at Just Kendall we understand that outfits do not always fit right, we know that when we buy an item of clothing we want it to look perfect. This is why we accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with the correct labels.
Please note that your shipping costs and the shipping costs to return your item(s) are not covered by Just Kendall, so we advise you to use your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your item of clothing please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. Once you have made us aware of your return, please send your items back to our returns address (this can be found on our "how to return" page), with your returns form included. Please state on your returns form your reason for return. Please note, you have 14 days from the day you received your order to return any unwanted items for a refund. If the 14 days have expired we have the right to reject your return and send the item(s) of clothing back to the address we originally sent it to.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s card. Returns for refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the return and then can take a further 5-10 days for your funds to reach you.
Card refunds my take up to 10 business for your bank to complete. Bank processing times can vary from bank to bank, so please speak to your bank for anymore information regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
Swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Please note, we do not accept any returns on sale items which are 50% off or over. We do not accept returns on sale items which are £10.00 or under.
Unfortunately as of the 1st January 2020 we no longer offer exchanges. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We offer free delivery on orders over £100. If you decide to return all of your items we will deduct the postage from your refund.
Here at Just Kendall we take pride in our items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all the tags still attached.

Your original order form MUST be included when returning any item(s).
Items must be unworn and unwashed and free of any smells.
Items must be free of any stains/markings e.g. Fake tan/Make-up. Items must be returned in original packaging,
have all tags, including any original hangtags still attached.
When trying on shoes - Please try shoes on carpet, this stops scuffs on the bottom of the shoe. If you return shoes with scuff marks we may have to reject your return.
If you're returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact email@example.com within 24 hours upon receiving your item.
